Being an athlete with JRW Little League since 3 years old
manifested a Major Leagues Dream! Jackie Robinson West is where my God
given athletic talent met up with a hard work ethic.
Having had my mother as my first JRW volunteer baseball coach plays
an instrumental part in having self motivation, a determined drive,
personal confidence, quick adaptiveness and focus. These character
traits are familiar teachings amongst all the little
league coaches at Jackie Robinson West.
In fact, having my father as a Volunteer coach as well at JRW
little league also contributes to my sound fundamentals in pitching and
fielding.
I really enjoy being around the Coaches and athletes. The vibe when
you enter JRW park is a family warm feeling of support and
encouragement that I believe helps to bring out the best in me.
As time has moved on since 3 year old Tball to now at my 12 year
old little league season, much growth has taken place. We have had many
rough practices, lots of wins and a few humbling losses. There have been
tons of family gatherings and cheers for the
players, coaches and organization. We have had some ups and downs
through the years as well. But with all things combined we have enjoyed
the game of baseball.
The feeling I get when I am playing ball is like no other. I
started my life of baseball at JRW little league and will continue to
strive for the Major League Dream.
